IN FLAMES' 'Come Clarity' Named Best Swedish Album Of Past Decade

The readers of Aftonbladet, the biggest newspaper in Sweden and Scandinavia, have namedIN FLAMES' "Come Clarity" the best Swedish album of the past decade. The LP received 26 percent of all votes.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN's "Magic" was voted the best album of the past decade by a foreign artist.

Released in February 2006, "Come Clarity" (Ferret) sold just under 24,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 58 on The Billboard 200 chart. This was more than double the first-week tally registered by the group's previous CD, "Soundtrack To Your Escape" (released in April 2004 via Nuclear Blast),which entered the chart at No. 145 (with sales of just under 11,000).

"Come Clarity" was mixed at Tonteknik studio in UmeƄ, Sweden. It features the artwork of Derek Hess, who had previously worked with CONVERGE and SEPULTURA, among others.
